Litigators and Lawyers Practicing in Real Estate, Entertainment and Strategic Wealth Planning Rise in the Ranks
Greenberg Glusker today announced the elevation of three attorneys to the Firm’s partnership: Aaron B. Bloom, Darryl W. Cluster and Julia R. Haye.

Aaron B. Bloom is a member of the Firm’s Litigation group. Bloom handles a variety of litigation matters in the areas of real property, business and contract disputes, entertainment law and intellectual property. Representative matters include successfully defending StudiVZ Ltd., one of Europe’s largest social networking websites, against Facebook’s allegation of unlawful copying of the “look and feel” of its website, and successfully enforcing a $600,000 judgment for a real estate company. Bloom has extensive experience with electronic discovery, the enforcement of judgments, landlord-tenant disputes, and purchase and sale disclosure claims. He currently serves as president of the board of directors of the Housing Rights Center (HRC), one of the largest nonprofit fair housing organizations in the country, and is a member of the Board of Directors of Jewish Free Loan Association (JFLA). He is a graduate of University of California, Davis, and University of Pennsylvania School of Law.
Darryl W. Cluster is a member of the Firm’s Family/Strategic Wealth Planning Group. His practice focuses on estate planning services, including succession planning and tax savings and representation of foundation and non-profit organizations. His clients include private foundations with assets ranging from half a million dollars to more than $100 million. Cluster has represented family foundations, operating foundations, and charities operating in the fields of education, general philanthropy, research, athletics, science, and the arts. He has spoken widely, including the UCLA-CEB Estate Planning Institute. Cluster graduated from the University of Southern California and University of California Berkeley Boalt Hall School of Law.
Julia R. Haye is a member of the Firm’s Litigation group, specializing in entertainment litigation. She regularly handles profit participation claims on behalf of entertainment rights holders, copyright and trademark infringement, right of publicity, unfair competition, trade secret misappropriation, breach of contract and fraud. Haye has also handled a number of matters involving complex partnership and shareholder disputes. She was part of the trial team that received a $104.7 million jury verdict in City of New York v. Exxon Mobil Corp. Her representative clients include Marvel Entertainment; the producer of well-known horror films; mobile phone video-game maker Gameloft; and Apple Corps. Ltd., holder of rights to The Beatles. A contributor to the Firm’s award-winning Law Law Land blog, Haye serves as an advisory board representative to the ACLU Foundation. She earned her undergraduate and law degrees from University of California, Los Angeles.
