Greenberg Glusker Partners Norman Levine and Aaron Moss Represent Costco in the US Supreme Court

Greenberg Glusker litigators Norman H. Levine and Aaron J. Moss, along with Roy Englert and Ariel Lavinbuk of Washington, D.C.'s Robbins Russell, represented Costco Wholesale Corporation in the United States Supreme Court on November 8, 2010 in Costco v. Omega. 

 

Omega asserts that Costco infringed its copyright by acquiring watches imported from abroad without Omega's consent and selling them for more than one-third less than Omega's regular retail price.  Costco argues that its conduct is protected by the "first sale doctrine."  A decision is expected by June 2011.
