Greenberg Glusker today announced that Firm Partner and Litigation Department Chair Aaron J. Moss was named by the Daily Journal as one of the top 20 attorneys in California under the age of 40.
“We applaud the leadership Aaron has demonstrated this year, combining his legal and people skills in ways that have been invaluable to our Firm and its clients,” said Greenberg Glusker’s Managing Partner Norman H. Levine. “We congratulate Aaron on this well deserved honor.”
In highlighting the achievements that landed Moss on its list of elite young attorneys to watch, the Daily Journal noted his copyright law expertise, including his ongoing representation of client Marvel Entertainment (owner of the iconic Spider-Man character), his vigorous enforcement of intellectual property rights for Godzilla owner Toho Co., Ltd., and the estates of Twilight Zone creator Rod Serling and The Hobbit author J.R.R. Tolkien. Also noted was his co-founding of the Firm’s ABA Journal award-winning Law Law Land blog.
“I’m humbled by this recognition and grateful for the support of the Firm,” said Moss. “Greenberg Glusker’s culture of cooperation, creativity and strategic thinking allows lawyers of any age to thrive in all aspects of their professional lives.”
The Daily Journal previously named Moss to its 2009 list of “Top 75 Intellectual Property Litigators in California.” He has also been included in Southern California Super Lawyers Rising Stars each year since 2004. Moss is a magna cum laude graduate of Harvard Law School and earned his bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, from University of California Los Angeles. In addition to chairing Greenberg Glusker’s litigation department, he serves on the Firm’s Strategic Planning Committee.
