39 Buy and Sell Transactions and Financings Closed in 2012

Greenberg Glusker today announced its Corporate Group successfully handled and closed more than 39 complex buy and sell-side transactions and financings in 2012.  Attorneys in the group closed deals for major entities in consumer branded products, entertainment, food, manufacturing and technology industries including:

  • Saban Brand’s reacquisition of Power Rangers
  • The Sports Club Company’s sale of clubs to Equinox Holdings, Inc.
  • Certif Fresh Foods, Beecher Carlson, K2 Network in obtaining credit facilities
  • PromoJam’s Series A Financing
  • Hope Road Merchandising’s equity stake sale of Zion Rootswear LLC
  • Edwards Technologies in a software acquisition
