LOS ANGELES – January 11, 2016 - Greenberg Glusker announced today Aaron Gafni has been named a Partner in the Firm’s Corporate Group.
Throughout his career, Gafni has successfully represented entrepreneurs, start-ups and middle market companies with everything from entity formation and structuring to equity financings and mergers and acquisitions. In 2014, Gafni served as one of the lead corporate attorneys on the $2 billion sale of the L.A. Clippers to Steve Ballmer.

Gafni’s diverse practice spans across Los Angeles’ signature business sectors, including technology, sports and entertainment, food and beverage and consumer goods. Gafni has been recognized by Variety as one of Hollywood’s next generation of power players for his work with sports, entertainment and new media clients. Gafni is also heavily involved in Los Angeles’ burgeoning technology scene, including through the Firm’s sponsorship of Venice start-up accelerator Amplify.la.
