Patricia Patrick is Greenberg Glusker’s Director of Legal Recruitment & Benefits. She has been with the Firm in various capacities since 1974. Ms. Patrick is primarily responsible for overseeing all aspects of attorney recruiting and hiring, managing the Firm’s summer program, and handling all matters relating to employee benefits.
Ms. Patrick has been an active member of the National Association for Legal Career Professionals (NALP) since 1989. Her many contributions include service as a member of the Board of Directors, the West/Rocky Mountain Regional Director, Chair of NALP’s Annual Education Conference, and Chair of the NALP Nominating Committee. She is the author of several career-related articles that have been included in the NALP Bulletin as well as a speaker on various topics at NALP conferences and several law schools.
Ms. Patrick is an active member of the Los Angeles Area Legal Recruitment Association and of the Chief Legal Recruiting Officers Forum, a venue for change to long-standing and antiquated practices in the legal recruitment profession. Ms. Patrick currently serves on the State Bar Council on Access and Fairness Diversity Directors Focus Group.
Ms. Patrick, in memory of her father, is active in several veterans’ organizations, and as the current Captain of the American Legion Auxiliary Unit 252 Color Guard, she is asked to post colors for various programs throughout the State of California.
