Darryl Cluster’s practice focuses on a broad spectrum of estate planning services including succession planning and tax savings. 

In addition, Mr. Cluster counsels nonprofit organizations of all types including family foundations, operating foundations and public charities.

Estate Planning Experience

  • Continuing representation of several private foundations with assets ranging from $500,000 to over $100 million
  • Continuing representation of operating charities in the fields of education, general philanthrophy, research, athletics, science, the arts and many other forms of charitable endeavor
  • Prepared complex estate plans for high net worth clients in the fields of entertainment, real estate and general business
  • Counseled families regarding post-death trust administration
