Jenna Guggenheim specializes in a broad range of environmental and real estate matters including contaminated properties, cost recovery, CEQA compliance and litigation, purchase and sale, financing transactions on the borrower and lender sides and leasing transactions for both landlords and tenants.

• Assisted in the representation of a city in connection with various environmental issues including complicated multiparty CEQA litigation
• Experienced in reporting GHG emissions to the California Climate Action Registry

• Represented the seller of a large industrial park property in connection with its disposition as well as the subsequent acquisition of several other commercial properties to complete a 1031 tax deferred exchange
