Lori L. Werderitch




Lori Werderitch is experienced in representing plaintiffs and defendants in all phases of litigation in state and federal courts nationwide. Her practice includes pre-litigation counseling, law and motion, management of discovery, alternative dispute resolution, enforcement of judgments, and appeals, in the areas of general commercial, employment, bankruptcy, intellectual property, and real estate litigation.

During law school, Lori served as a Senior Fellow for the Legal Research and Writing Program, a national competitor for the Moot Court Appellate Team and as a member of the Moot Court Board. Lori also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Thomas A. Varlan in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee.

Prior to joining Greenberg Glusker, Lori worked as an associate for a large Los Angeles-based firm. She and her husband welcomed their daughter in 2014.


  • Obtained dispositive rulings, including summary judgment, in various real estate-related litigation matters on behalf of property management companies, investors and a Fortune 500 corporation

  • Secured pre-judgment writs of attachment on behalf of a national transportation provider resulting in a favorable settlement of the underlying contractual dispute
  • Overcame demurrer in multi-million dollar construction defect litigation
  • Won a motion to compel arbitration in a contractual dispute over an exclusive use provision
  • Successfully opposed 12(b)(6) motions to dismiss on behalf of a national publishing company in a joint venture dispute
  • Represented various large companies in several highprofile, multi-million dollar cases involving the misappropriation of intellectual property, including trademarks, trade secrets and copyrights
