Because of our expertise in negotiating and drafting entertainment agreements, Greenberg Glusker is uniquely situated to pursue recovery of unpaid sums based on the accounting and auditing provisions of those agreements.  

We have long-standing relationships with the top entertainment auditors/accountants.  We also have the participation of related accounting departments at motion picture and television studios, distribution companies and record labels. Our attorneys work closely with them in pursuing monies owed to our clients, giving direction and reviewing reports and underlying materials.  

In the process, we use our years of experience in this area to provide explanations and recommendations regarding negotiation, litigation and collection opportunities, risks, costs and likely results.

When appropriate, our attorneys will also litigate claims on our clients’ behalf to ensure that our talent clients receive accurate and complete accountings, and all benefits to which they are entitled under their contingent compensation agreements with motion picture producers, studios, record labels and others.
