Aaron J. Moss, a partner in the Intellectual Property Group at Greenberg Glusker, was recognized this week by Variety in its annual “Legal Impact Report” for 2014.

The prestigious annual report highlights the world’s top entertainment attorneys working in film, television, theater and digital media. The list, which includes 50 attorneys whose recent deals and court battles have changed the shape of entertainment, appears in the April 15, 2014, issue of Variety.

“Aaron’s work in protecting the rights of owners and users of creative works has made him one of the most sought-after IP lawyers in the entertainment industry,” said Bob Baradaran, managing partner of Greenberg Glusker.

According to Baradaran, Moss becomes the fifth Greenberg Glusker attorney to be named to Variety’s Legal Impact Report, joining colleagues Bonnie EskenaziBert FieldsMatt Galsor and Stephen Smith.

Earlier this month, the Daily Journal, the leading legal newspaper in California, named Moss as one of the top intellectual property attorneys in the state for the fourth consecutive year and the fifth time in his career (2009, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014).

Moss earned his law degree, magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School. He was awarded his undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from UCLA. He has served as a board member of the Los Angeles Copyright Society, a member of the executive committee for the Entertainment Law and Intellectual Property Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and a member of the Law Firm Advisory Board for the Association of Media and Entertainment Counsel.
