Alan Azar is a member of Greenberg Glusker's Tax and Corporate Departments.
Alan received his law degree from UCLA School of Law with a general business and taxation emphasis. In law school, he worked as a research assistant on the American Law Institute’s Restatement of the Law, Charitable Nonprofit Organizations and served on the board of the Tax and Estate Planning Law Association. Prior to joining Greenberg Glusker, Alan was an associate at an international law firm.
