Alexis S. Anderson

Intellectual Property and Technology Associate Alexis Anderson is slated to speak on the panel, "Secrets to Surviving Big Law," hosted by the Langston Corporate Firm Network and In House Counsel Committee. 

The panel will provide insights and advice for associates aiming to advance along the partnership track.

Alexis has experience drafting licensing, work for hire, merchandise, vendor, endorsement, employment, collaboration, venue, non-disclosure, software development, and services agreements, as well as Terms of Service and Privacy Policies. She is also skilled at various aspects of trademark law, including clearing marks, responding to USPTO Office Actions, and pursuing cease and desists. Much of her work caters to clients in the media, software, and consumer product spaces.
