Greenberg Glusker Represents Barstool Sports in the Sale of its Remaining Interest to PENN Entertainment

(“Barstool”), one of the country’s most popular digital media companies, in the sale of its remaining outstanding interest to PENN Entertainment, Inc. (“PENN”) (Nasdaq: PENN). The transaction closed on February 17, 2023. Representing Barstool were Greenberg Glusker Partners Katy Spillers, Eric Perlmutter-Gumbiner and Jesse Saivar with assistance from associates Arthur Moore and Raymond Singson.
