We are pleased to announce that Greenberg Glusker Litigation partners James Molen and Benny Roshan have been selected to Los Angeles Business Journal's Leaders of Influence: Litigators & Trial Attorneys list. The publication recognizes the top lawyers of the region who go above and beyond for their clients in court using their own unique sets of skills.

James Molen is a partner in the Litigation Department of Greenberg Glusker. A passionate advocate, Molen has built a reputation for developing creative strategies and winning arguments for a wide variety of clients, including celebrities, athletes, real estate developers, beauty product manufacturers, food distributors, and technology firms. Over the years, Molen has litigated numerous high-profile cases for both plaintiffs and defendants, with extensive experience handling partnership disputes, false advertising, unfair competition, intellectual property and breach of contract actions. No matter the size of the case, however, Molen is driven by a singular goal: delivering successful, cost-efficient results for his clients. Beyond his litigation practice, Molen also provides advice and counsel in connection with false advertising and intellectual property issues, as well as general business matters. Molen brings a sense of mindfulness and cordiality to his practice that tends to reduce the often-stressful nature of litigation on his clients.

Benazeer (Benny) Roshan chairs Greenberg Glusker’s Trusts and Probate Litigation Group. Her practice involves all aspects of litigation involving substantial trusts and estates, including contested conservatorships. For over 15 years, Roshan has successfully represented a wide range of fiduciaries and beneficiaries in disputes involving trusts, fiduciary appointments, accountings, removal, and surcharge actions. She is a respected trial attorney who fearlessly litigates her cases through trial and beyond. Roshan recently represented a group of trust beneficiaries before the 9th Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel on the issue of whether the bankruptcy debt of the beneficiaries’ parent impacted their contingent beneficial interest in their family trust. The court ruled in favor of Roshan’s client in holding that the bankruptcy debt did not extend to Roshan’s client’s beneficial share. She also recently represented a trust beneficiary in an action contesting an amendment to the beneficiary’s family trust.
