Greenberg Glusker Managing Partner, Bob Baradaran, participated in a Q&A Session with Law360 Pulse. In discussing the landscape of the legal industry, he believes that most mid-size firms that are well-managed to come out of the pandemic in a strong position. Baradaran also shared thoughts about the firm's collaborative culture, diversity & inclusion initiatives, and remote work projections.

"Last year, when COVID hit, I was expecting a big drop off in terms of activity and revenue in 2020. Fortunately, to my surprise, it turned out to be a banner year for the firm — and probably most law firms that are run well."

"But our culture is such that when we have difficult times ahead of us, we bind together and say, "We're going to get through it and figure it out." Having a very close culture where everyone knew each other and were in the same space together, we were able to stay connected and all roll together. Because we knew that this was not going to be permanent and there's light at the end of the tunnel."
