Brandon Jackson is an attorney in Greenberg Glusker’s Corporate, Finance & Securities and Intellectual Property & Technology Groups.
Brandon’s clients include Anthem Sports & Entertainment, which owns and operates television networks including the Fight Network, Impact Wrestling, GameTV, Game+ and Pursuit Channel.
Before coming to Greenberg Glusker, Brandon worked in acquisitions, international sales and licensing for a Los Angeles-based film and television production and distribution company. He subsequently worked in the legal department at GoPro in Silicon Valley, where he worked with the Corporate M&A, IP and Brand Protection, and Entertainment teams. Brandon also worked in Legal and Business Affairs at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF).
Brandon is involved in the esports industry and serves on the Advisory Board of Rumble Gaming, an esports talent agency and media platform with a roster of over 300 professional esports teams, players, venues, streamers and content creators.
Brandon graduated summa cum laude from UCLA as a double major, with degrees in Political Science and Communication Studies. He then earned his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, where he served as the Managing Editor of the Berkeley Business Law Journal, Deputy Editor in Chief of the Berkeley Journal of Entertainment and Sports Law, and the President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society.
