Attorneys were selected based on their professional achievements, community leadership, milestones, and notable accomplishments in the legal industry and the community. Michelle Mabugat has a broad-based corporate and transactional practice that focuses on advising entrepreneurs and high-growth companies on matters that span the business lifecycle, from start-up through exit. Michelle leads the firm's Diversity Committee and serves as a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Committee Member for the Association for Corporate Growth - Los Angeles Chapter (ACG-LA).

Brian Moskal represents clients in environmental litigation and counseling matters with a focus on contaminated sites and water and wastewater issues and has experience with insurance recovery in the environmental context. Brian leads the firm's participation in the Association of Corporate Counsel Southern California Chapter's Diversity Internship Program and serves as a Committee Member of the Diversity in the Profession Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
