Los Angeles, CA – Greenberg Glusker LLP, a Los Angeles law firm with a proven track record in mergers and acquisitions, successfully represented Central Valley Meat Holding Co. in its acquisition of the Cargill Meat Solutions beef processing plant in Fresno.

The Cargill facility in Fresno employs nearly 1,000 individuals, and Central Valley Meat plans to integrate this facility into its operations. Both companies have committed to retaining as many employees as possible.
