Brian Kang

Lydia Wu
Throughout her nearly three decades of practicing law, including 13 years at Greenberg Glusker, Lydia Wu has cemented her status as one of the leading attorneys in the real estate space. As a partner, Wu’s practice involves all aspects of real estate transactions. Wu regularly handles major multi-state and multi-property transactions as well as local, single-property deals for institutional investors, real estate funds and individuals involving most categories of real estate asset such as industrial, warehouse, storage, data centers, multi-family, retail, office, resort/hotel, student housing and senior housing properties. Wu has represented a prominent data center owner and operator in joint ventures with several investors in connection with the financing of data center construction projects throughout the country.
