Brian H. Kang

Greenberg Glusker Real Estate Chair, Brian Kang, has been selected as a winner of Connect CRE's Lawyers in Real Estate Awards for 2025. Winners were selected from around the U.S., celebrating real estate attorneys who have distinguished themselves in their practice and the larger community.

Brian's notable matters cover virtually all categories, with a client list that includes real estate investors, developers, financial institutions, national universities, and REITs. He currently handles the real estate needs and mission-critical activities for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Committee. He has also represented the University of Southern California in complex transactions.

For close to a decade, Brian has represented the Korean American National Museum on a pro bono basis as the organization’s real estate counsel. He has been a member of the Board of Governors for the Korean American Bar Association of Southern California since 2013 and has served as the organization’s President.

Brian's efforts in the real estate space have generated recognition from Best Lawyers in America, Southern California Super Lawyers, the Los Angeles Times, and Connect CRE.
