Greenberg Glusker Represents ACI Logistix in Strategic Merger Forming FAST Group

LOS ANGELES, CA—Greenberg Glusker LLP represented American Circulation Innovation, Inc. (ACI Logistix), a pioneer in U.S. national logistics, in connection with an equity investment from Federation Asset Management Pty Ltd, an Australian private capital investment firm, and its subsequent acquisitions of Sendle PBC and International Fulfillment Systems, LLC (dba FirstMile). These transactions culminated in the strategic merger of ACI Logistix, Sendle, and FirstMile, forming a unified entity known as FAST Group.

Headquartered in California with a global presence spanning the United States, Australia, Canada, India, and the Philippines, FAST Group will operate as an integrated logistics ecosystem serving businesses of all sizes—from small and mid-market enterprises to multinational corporations. The combined capabilities of the three companies will deliver enhanced service coverage, operational efficiency, and innovative technology solutions across the e-commerce shipping sector.

“This transaction was unique in that it brought together three companies with complementary strengths to create a logistics platform capable of serving the entire market—from small businesses to global enterprises,” said Andrew Apfelberg, a partner in the firm’s Corporate Department and lead deal attorney for ACI Logistix. “It was a privilege to guide our long-time client through a multi-step process involving investment, acquisitions, and a strategic merger that positions them for significant future growth.”
