Three lawyers from Los Angeles firm also recognized in individual categories

Greenberg Glusker today announced that Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business recognized two of the Firm’s practice areas and three of its attorneys in the 2014 edition of the guide.

Greenberg Glusker’s Entertainment Litigation Practice was ranked by Chambers USA for the sixth consecutive year and the Firm’s Environmental Practice made it into the rankings for the second consecutive year.

“Bert and Bonnie are two of the pre-eminent entertainment litigators in the nation and Dave is regarded as a foremost environmental litigator and counselor, so we are delighted that Chambers USA included them again in the 2014 edition of their prestigious guide,” said Bob Baradaran, managing partner of Greenberg Glusker.

Greenberg Glusker’s Entertainment Litigation Practice represents a broad range of entertainment industry clients, including actors, directors, writers, producers, talent agents, managers, studios, production companies, distributors and many others. The Firm has extensive experience litigating, among other things, contract disputes, profit participation, copyright, trademark, California Talent Agencies Act, domestic and international distribution, partnership and defamation disputes.

Greenberg Glusker’s Environmental Practice focuses on achieving cost-effective solutions to the challenges arising from environmental contamination, environmental regulation and other environmental concerns. Whether in litigation, regulatory proceedings or negotiations, the Firm has represented Fortune 500 companies, public entities, trade associations and others in successfully resolving hundreds of disputed matters, including matters arising under Superfund (CERCLA), Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, Porter-Cologne Water Quality Control Act, and CEQA.

In the individual attorney rankings, Greenberg Glusker partners Bert Fields and Bonnie Eskenazi were recognized in the category of Entertainment Litigation, and David Cranston was recognized in the category of Environmental Law.

To compile the rankings, Chambers uses full-time researchers to interview thousands of attorneys and their clients around the world. According to Chambers, “This intensive, continuous research identifies the world’s leading practitioners and law firms — those which perform best according to the criteria most valued by clients.”
