Dave Song

Dave's practice focuses on real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and borrower-side financings. He has experience in conducting due diligence, assisting borrower clients with closing loan portfolios, entity formation, as well as purchase and sale agreements.

Prior to joining Greenberg Glusker, Dave was an Associate at an Am Law 100 firm. While attending the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law, Dave served as a legal extern for the Honorable Judge Rafael A. Ongkeko.
