Emilee Wu is an associate in the Corporate, Finance & Securities Department.

Emilee has worked with clients across all stages of growth, including matters involving venture capital and growth financings, formation, corporate governance, merger and acquisitions, public company reporting, and compliance.

Prior to joining Greenberg Glusker, Emilee was an associate at an Am Law 200 firm. She graduated from Berkeley Law School, where she was the Associate Editor of the Berkeley Technology Law Journal. During law school, she also externed for the Honorable Ronald B. Leighton of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington.
