The Tax Law Section’s series analyzing the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA) continues with Part 2 on real estate issues.  The tax act makes wide-ranging changes that businesses, including real estate professionals, must address.  Is it time to reconsider the choice of entity?  What affect will the new act have on 1031 exchanges?  The panel of experts will discuss the implications of the act on both tax and real estate professionals.
