CLE Last Dash | To Arbitrate or Not to Arbitrate: Recent Developments and Complications in Alternative Dispute Resolution
Arbitration is supposed to provide a faster and more efficient method of dispute resolution than court litigation. Unfortunately, those goals are not always achieved. This session will discuss recent developments in the laws governing private arbitration agreements as well as some common pitfalls to avoid in order to ensure a speedy and economical private arbitration proceeding.
