Employment Law Chair and Partner, Wendy Lane, will present “Developments in Wage and Hour Laws” to members of the Southern California Manufacturing Group.
Wendy Lane focuses her practice on employment counseling and litigation on behalf of a variety of clients. In the employment litigation arena, Wendy has considerable experience defending employers in cases involving claims of harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims (including defense of numerous class actions).
