Revisions to the State of California regulatory guidance for vapor intrusion studies are pending, and they may result in a significant increase in the number of projects requiring further evaluation and a substantive shift in the technical approaches applied at those facilities. Our expert panelists will present a summary of the current theory, policy, and practice surrounding investigation, risk evaluation, and cleanup/closure decisions, as well as potential vapor intrusion litigation issues.
