Greenberg Glusker Litigation Partner, Aaron Moss, is slated to serve as a panelist during the "ELS Year-in-Review: The Cases that “Rocked” the Entertainment World in 2024" webinar hosted by the Beverly Hills Bar Association on Thursday, January 23, 2025.

This program will cover many of the important case decisions, issues, and trends in the world of Entertainment Litigation that took place over the past year, and the possible ramifications for future litigation, including topics such as copyright infringement (music, film, & Internet), trademark infringement, fair use, and right of publicity, among others.

Aaron Moss is a partner in Greenberg Glusker's Litigation Department. He has extensive experience in copyright, trademark, media and entertainment litigation, representing the owners and users of creative content in complex and high-profile matters.
