With so much disruption in the film and television industry over the past several years due to technology, the pandemic, and strikes, among others, it is key to understand the current trends and their impact on deal making, including the financial terms and production financing. This panel intends to focus on how the talent, studios, and production companies are adapting their deal making approach and negotiations in response to the macro industry changes. This panel will also discuss trends in financing, profit participation and related litigation and their impact on future negotiations.
