This presentation will provide an overview of both the Sterling case (his firm represents Shelly Sterling) and the Redstone case (his firm represents Manuela Herzer, the long-time friend) and other recent cases in which capacity and health care directives have been at issue. Marc will also address a few related issues for preparers of estate planning documents.
