Description: As people age, capacity, cognition and abilities may gradually fade over time or rapidly disappear. This session will discuss how to distinguish between the normal aging process and a mental disorder/lack of capacity/susceptibility to undue influences and what can be done to protect the individual, his or her family and its wealth transfer strategies.
