Session Details
This session will discuss various GST tax topics, including a review of the GST tax, example calculations, use of GST exemption, and automatic (deemed) allocations to certain outright and in-trust transfers. Understand proper reporting of gift tax transfers on returns, elections out of automatic allocations, and required GST event reporting (even when there is no tax due).
