Represented a community bank in the finance of a ground lease interest in a retail project, which included assessing and advising the client on potential contamination issues associated with the development. Represented a bank in the finance of a television and film facility, which also involved negotiating customized mixed collateral terms to secure interests in the valuable production equipment included in the deal. Negotiated our client’s equity investment in the development of a skilled-care nursing home facility in the Inland Empire of Southern California, which concurrently facilitated the release of approximately $27 million in bond financing.
