Greenberg Glusker Secures Favorable Judgment for Client in Real Estate Partnership Dissolution Dispute
Greenberg Glusker successfully represented a client in a complex, years-long dispute arising from the dissolution of a multimillion-dollar real estate business. After negotiating a settlement on the eve of trial that dissolved the business and divided its assets among the partners, the firm secured a court judgment enforcing the settlement's terms and protecting our client's financial interests.
Following the settlement, a dispute arose over the interpretation of a key provision governing the valuation of one of the entities — specifically, how and when the company should be appraised to determine our client's buyout price. Greenberg Glusker successfully argued the firm's interpretation before the court, which ruled in our client's favor and entered judgment accordingly.
The Greenberg Glusker team was led by Gregg Martin, with support from associate Emily Avazian.
