Kristin Haule is a member of the firm's Litigation group. She works on individual and class action litigation in both state and federal courts for clients in a variety of industries, including healthcare, advertising and finance.
Kristin has experience litigating under various federal statutes, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Electronic Funds Transfer Act. At the state level, Kristin has experience defending clients under California’s Unfair Competition Law, False Advertising Law, Automatic Renewal Law and Rosenthal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
Kristin also advises on regulatory matters for her clients, including defending entities against false advertising and automatic renewal law violations in California and Massachusetts. She has been involved in several high-impact pro bono class actions in the immigration space.
Prior to joining Greenberg Glusker, Kristin was an associate at an Am Law 200 firm. She also worked as a royalty accountant for a media holdings company in Los Angeles. Throughout law school, she assisted supervisory attorneys and litigants as a volunteer for the Neighborhood Legal Services of Los Angeles County Workers’ Rights Clinic. Kristin was a judicial extern for the Honorable Harry Pregerson and the Honorable Stephen Reinhardt, both of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
