Although trusts are often associated with common law jurisdictions, how do they interact with civil law in cross-border succession? This session will explore the key challenges and implications.


Laura’s practice focuses on advising multinational and domestic families across generations on the tax, trust, and philanthropic issues involved in global and domestic wealth transfer.
