Lauren is an attorney in Greenberg Glusker’s Litigation Department.

Lauren practices general commercial litigation, with experience in business, employment, bankruptcy, and entertainment litigation. Her litigation experience includes taking depositions, conducting research, and drafting motions, ex parte applications, and pretrial documents.

In particular, Lauren has researched and provided drafting assistance in connection with a successful appeal (to the California Court of Appeal) of a denial of a motion to compel arbitration, as well as assisted in the early settlement of a wage and hour putative class action.

Lauren's career began in employment law where she gained experience in employer counseling and transactional employment work. Lauren now uses this experience to prepare her litigation cases.

Sharing her knowledge and experience, Lauren co-teaches a course in Deposition Strategies and Techniques at the University of Southern California Gould School of Law.

One of the most rewarding moments in Lauren’s career as a litigator is when she successfully argued a pro bono matter on behalf of a foster-mother resulting in the foster-mother being rewarded three years of retroactive benefits for each of her three foster children after the benefits had been wrongfully denied.

A former competitive swimmer, who enjoys spinning, hiking, and yoga, Lauren is the organizer of Greenberg Glusker’s annual Cycle for Survival team to help raise money for rare-cancer research. Lauren very much loves to travel and looks forward to checking off of her list the last two of the seven continents she has yet to experience.
