For example, he represented Rexford Industrial in the acquisition of a four-building 632,497 square-foot industrial portfolio for $129.4 million, as well as the purchase of Gateway Pointe Industrial Campus for $296.6 million. Through the uncertainty of COVID-19, Ken has also advised his clients on eviction moratoriums, lease modifications, and contract provisions.
