First Amendment & Litigation Partner, Doug Mirell, was interviewed by TMZ Live with Harvey Levin and Charles Latibeaudiere regarding Amazon's decision to retract any books that label LGBTQ identities as mental illnesses.

"I think this actually is a fairly easy case. The standard rule is that if you are a publisher, you have the right to decide what you're going to publish. If you're a website, you have the right to decide what you put up on the website and what you're not going to put up. [...] Amazon is simply exercising its First Amendment right to do what it wishes to with respect to the books that it is offering."
