First Amendment and Litigation Partner Doug Mirell appeared on CNN to discuss former Lakers star and executive Jerry West's demand for an apology from HBO for its portrayal of West in its show "Winning Time." According to Mirell, to win a lawsuit, West's lawyers will need to prove that HBO acted with actual malice.
