In anticipation of the upcoming hearing in the case of Strategic Concepts LLC v. Beverly Hills Unified School District on Feb. 14, BHUSD attorney Fred A. Fenster of Greenberg Glusker Fields Claman & Machtinger LLP reaffirmed his belief that Strategic Concepts founder Karen Christiansen would never see a penny of the 2015 verdict that now has her owed in excess of $23 million.
