Marisa Choy is an attorney in Greenberg Glusker's Environmental Practice Group.
Marisa represents clients in enforcement actions, environmental litigation, and administrative proceedings before federal, state, and local agencies. She also assists with regulatory compliance, due diligence, and deal structuring for real estate, renewable energy, private equity, and M&A transactions.
Marisa earned a J.D./M.B.A. joint degree from Yale Law School and Yale School of Management. She graduated with a B.S. and M.S. in engineering from Stanford University, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and Tau Beta Pi.
Prior to attending law school, Marisa worked in New York as a management consultant in the financial services industry. She previously practiced as a real estate and corporate associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP in Los Angeles.
