June 2, 2025 – Press ReleaseLOS ANGELES, CA—Greenberg Glusker LLP represented ABI Manufacturing International Ltd., a Bangkok-based leader in precious metal alloys and additive technologies for the jewelry industry, in its acquisition by Progold S.p.A., an Italian company headquartered in Trissino (Vicenza).
The transaction marks a significant milestone in Progold’s international expansion strategy, strengthening its commercial presence and strategic relationships in Asia. ABI, a historic brand founded by Gary Ford, will retain its existing leadership team, structure, and brand identity, while gaining access to Progold’s technological expertise, financial resources, and innovative capabilities.
