Real Estate Partner Steve Lurie Named Influencer in Multifamily by GlobeSt.

Greenberg Glusker Real Estate Partner Steve Lurie has been named a 2026 Multifamily Influencer by GlobeSt., recognizing him as one of the notable professionals making an impact on the multifamily real estate sector. The honor follows his recognition earlier this year as a 2026 GlobeSt. Industrial Influencer, making him one of the few attorneys named a GlobeSt. Influencer in both categories in the same year.
GlobeSt.'s annual Multifamily Influencer awards recognize professionals helping to shape the field. Honorees include developers, investors, brokers, and other professionals who have distinguished themselves through their work in, and contributions to, the multifamily sector.
Steve is one of the nation's preeminent real estate attorneys, advising developers, investors, borrowers, landlords, and tenants on complex transactions across the multifamily and broader commercial real estate sectors. His multifamily practice encompasses development projects, acquisitions and dispositions, financing transactions, and joint ventures. Over the past three years, Steve has handled more than $8 billion in real estate transactions spanning 20 states and the District of Columbia. Clients turn to Steve not only for his legal counsel, but also for his business judgment, his skill in structuring complex transactions, and his ability to develop creative strategies to help them achieve their objectives.
Steve's other recent recognitions include being named a Leading Lawyer in Real Estate by Chambers USA for the past six years, being honored by Legal 500 in its inaugural 2026 US Elite Los Angeles edition, and being named a Commercial Real Estate Visionary by the Los Angeles Times in both 2025 and 2026. He is also active in the community, where his pro bono work earned him the State Bar of California's Wiley W. Manuel Pro Bono Award.
