Sheri Bonstelle Named to Bisnow Southern California Commercial Real Estate Power Women

Greenberg Glusker Real Estate Partner and Chair of the Land Use & Development Practice Sheri Bonstelle has been selected to the Bisnow Southern California Commercial Real Estate Power Women list, recognizing influential women in commercial real estate who are making an impact and driving the CRE industry forward.
Honorees will be celebrated at the Southern California Commercial Real Estate Power Women: Celebration & Cocktail event in Los Angeles on November 17.
Sheri L. Bonstelle brings a distinctive perspective to real estate law as both an attorney and licensed architect. As Chair of Greenberg Glusker’s Land Use & Development Practice, she guides complex development projects from property acquisition through entitlements, construction and litigation, with experience spanning mixed-use, residential, retail, office, industrial and historic properties. Bonstelle has worked on major projects including an 814-unit mixed use housing development project with 76,000 square feet of restaurant use that was exempt from CEQA under AB130. She also draws on her architectural background to advise on historic preservation and adaptive reuse projects, while helping clients navigate evolving housing, land use and environmental requirements throughout California.
