Greenberg Glusker Real Estate Partner and Chair of the Land Use & Development Practice, Sheri Bonstelle, has been selected as a winner of Connect CRE's 2026 Women in Real Estate Awards. Winners were selected based on their professional excellence, inspirational leadership, and significant contributions to the commercial real estate industry.

Sheri has extensive experience helping developers navigate complex entitlements, environmental reviews, and litigation involving major Southern California projects. Her notable accomplishments include obtaining Los Angeles Planning Commission approval for Riverwalk at Studio City, an 814-unit, $200 million mixed-use development featuring 76,000 square feet of commercial space. She has also successfully represented clients in housing development disputes involving historic designation claims and environmental challenges.
