These Law Firms Boast Near 90% Vaccination Rates - Many Without a Mandate

As COVID-19 and the Delta variant continue to impact many in the United States, vaccine mandates are now being implemented to create a safe working environment, while mitigating risk. Greenberg Glusker, among many other Am Law 200, small, and midsized firms, have at least a 90% vaccination rate amongst its employees. In a previous interview with The Recorder, Managing Partner Bob Baradaran shared that this feat was largely accomplished due to the autonomy the firm provides its employees.
