An 814-unit residential development in Studio City recently won planning commission approval and Greenberg Glusker's Land Use & Development Chair Sheri Bonstelle, who represented the developers, spoke with HousingWire about the state laws that made it possible.

"We got to a hearing in seven months, which is unheard of in the City of L.A.," Bonstelle said.
